The room was very clean and well stocked.

During my two-night stay, I encountered a rude staff member on Friday night, which left me feeling quite uncomfortable. There seemed to be a lack of professionalism that was rather disappointing. I expected a better level of customer service given the reviews.

The location is central.

Location short walk to an excellent Japanese restaurant, Los Angeles, and Palmdale. New-fashioned king studio, comfy beds.

Would definitely recommend for a swift stopover

Clean room, friendly staff, along with convenient amenities like a well-equipped kitchenette made my stay enjoyable, and the 24-hour reception was a bonus for late-night arrivals.

Check-in took longer than expected due to a reservation mix-up.

Big bed, bright bathroom and a storage and a fully equipped little kitchenette in the room. Good and excellent location in the desert, easy to get anywhere. So close to Santa Monica, an excellent Japanese restaurant and Palmdale.

The room was very clean and well stocked. And the outdoor pool was a refreshing surprise. Shawna at the front desk was excellent, handling a busy check-in with grace.

The staff during my first night was a bit rude, making me feel uncomfortable.

The kitchenette was homey and had all the essentials, and the staff, especially melina and chris, were accommodating. Everything felt clean and cute.

Comfortable Stay with Mini Kitchen Convenience

As a solo traveler for 2 nights, I enjoyed the King Studio's mini kitchen, perfect for making quick meals. The staff were generally friendly, but I did encounter a rude staff member. My biggest tip is to keep communication clear during reservations to ensure requests are met.

Complex Wine is just a hop away, serving up exquisite selections. Maribel's Cafe & Bakery had the most mouthwatering pastries that were perfect for beginning my day. The room was very clean and well-stocked, offering a lovely environment to unwind. Plus, the kitchenette made snacking easy-just the cozy touch I needed!

The kitchenette made it super easy to whip up some quick meals. Plenty of cookware and utensils were available. I loved the clean environment, and the room had nice amenities like a tv and good water pressure in the shower. The outdoor pool was a refreshing surprise for a dip after a long day. On the downside, I encountered a rude staff member during my check-in on a Friday night. It was frustrating, especially since it took a while to locate my reservation. I also noticed the walls were quite thin, leading to some noise from neighboring rooms. Despite a few hiccups, the good aspects like the cleanliness and the helpful mini kitchen balanced the experience.

Once settled, the kitchenette offered excellent amenities, and I enjoyed the tasty complimentary pasta at breakfast. The staff's customer service could use improvement, with a particularly noticeable lack of follow-up after I requested a manager's call. Noisy walls were also a concern, but the overall cleanliness of the space was good.

Just a nice choice for a brief sojourn in Lancaster with all in all great value for money. The breakfast offered a wide selection of cereals and fruits, which I really enjoyed. Check out the nearby Sushi place for dinner. It was fantastic!
